What is going on in April?? READ IT ALL CAREFULLY, Very Important

Hey everyone! So I just wanted to keep you guys up to date in some things we will be doing in April.
Please save these dates:

April 8th ( 7pm- 8:30ish or 9pm): Hillside Outreach Food distribution in Pleasantville, NY *They are located in a new place, we will discuss a place to meet before so that everyone can go together. Just in case here is their address: 404 Irvington Street, Pleasantville, NY

April 16th, Saturday ( 10 am- 1pm): 4th Annual Walk for Food Hunger in Pleasantville, NY *The reason for the walk is to raise money to buy food for people who do not have food. So, we need to pay to participate, that is a way they raise money. You can pay from $15 or whatever higher amount you wish to donate. Yet, you need $15 to join on the day. If you cannot get that money by April 16th, please let me know.

April 23rd, Saturday ( 11am ): Walking around giving away fliers for the conference. Also putting fliers in cars, padaria and so on.  

April 28th, 29th, 30th: Conference! *Please be aware that everyone will be participating in helping out I will separate jobs and let you know.


*Please check your schedule and make sure you can be there for those dates. Let me know if you will be there or not.

Our Meetings:
We are not going to be meeting every week now for Outreach, due to the fact that most of the people that are in OutReach are also in another group that is taking place during the same time. Therefore, I will keep everyone posted and updated so that we are still doing things outside the meeting (as we may see in our schedule). We will be meeting every other Monday for discussions about the Conference and to make sure that everyone is in the same page. Also to work on a new idea to have on the Conference and some other things we need to do. In the mean while, please make sure you are still praying and calling others to the Conference.
